Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SenticMoney, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the software.

Service Tiers

Free Tier: You may use the free version indefinitely on your personal devices at no cost. Features are limited to manual transaction entry and local budgeting.

Standard Subscription ($39/year): Includes bank imports, receipt scanning, AI-powered auto-categorization, advanced reports, and SenticMoney Genie powered by Gemini 3.1 Pro.

Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are billed annually
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime; service continues until end of billing period
• Upon expiration or cancellation, your account reverts to Free tier
• Your data is never deleted when downgrading—it stays on your computer

Permitted Use

• Personal, non-commercial use on one computer per license
• Accessing the app from any device on your home network via browser
• Transferring your license to a new computer (contact support to reset)
• Making backups of your data files
• Using AI features included with your subscription tier

Prohibited Use

• Sharing, distributing, or reselling the software or subscription access
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the software
• Using for commercial purposes without written permission
• Removing or altering copyright notices or branding
• Attempting to circumvent subscription verification

Your Responsibilities

• Data Security: You're responsible for backing up your data and securing your computer
• Accurate Information: Provide accurate financial information for your own records
• Account Security: Keep your subscription credentials secure
• Legal Compliance: Use the software in compliance with applicable laws

AI Features and Data Processing

SenticMoney uses Google Gemini AI for optional features available to Standard subscribers:

• SenticMoney Genie: When you ask questions about your finances, an aggregated financial summary is sent to our cloud proxy for AI processing.
• Bank Format Detection: When you click "Analyze with AI" during bank statement import, only column header names and the structure of a few sample rows are sent. Your full transaction data, account numbers, and balances are never sent.
• Receipt & Bill Scanning: Images you upload for AI parsing are sent to our cloud proxy for processing.

All AI requests are routed through our cloud proxy server (not directly to Google). Data is processed and discarded—we do not store your financial data on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

"As Is" Software: The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, E-Comm Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of SenticMoney.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. See our Refund Policy for details.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability of our subscription verification and AI services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Free tier features work offline and are not affected by service availability.

Termination

Your subscription continues until cancelled or terminated. We may terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your account reverts to Free tier. Your local data remains unaffected.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Check the "Last Updated" date to see when changes were made.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in Wyoming courts.
